what if the strategic pays in part for Renard ? As in an equity owner of the Renard hub, as apposed to their equity in WR1 ? Or that government infrastructure invests in same?

I dont see a disaster here. Rather the opposite. The potential way forward. And what does a market pay for a crowned king ? A low capex developer with strategic on board ?
Stop thinking disaster, and start thinking value come developer.
A disaster is all the other pretenders. We are emerging as a shining star.
