Is that so? Tell that to Botnia or Beowulf Mining. From as recent as 25th June: "Beowulf Mining PLC on Tuesday celebrated a verdict in its favour at the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court, overruling objections from Jahkagasska Tjiellde's indigenous Sami community."
That's for an iron ore project, not exactly a critical mineral or a commodity that Sweden lacks.
