They hold sp at the lows like this...make shareholders puck at the lows..
Get a broker to buy on the side and hold for them.
Make an initial offer at 2c... buy more on market... another company makes an offer... through another sweetener.
Most shareholders would hand their shares at 2.5 to 3c.... and think is a great offer at the moment)
