My belief is the simple answer is yes, it does work, but not at a 100% rate, as there are an array of differing technical indicators that people follow.. If you just look at the fact that perhaps at least half the market participants are using TA, then it would obviously affect demand supply. Simple. If people stopped using it then it wouldn't work.
