I feel the CEO of Spenda has backed himself in a very dangerous corner here.
His biggest downfall will be the thing he loves so much. Webinars.
The internet is forever and unfortunately the statements that have been outright lies have been saved and distributed through quite a large number of holders. These include the videos that he tried frantically to have removed from youtube with the ASX investor channel.
His only option is to continue to dilute the register to keep the company going imo. If this were to go belly up, I don't think any amount of asset protection would keep him out of strife, unfortunate for him.
