I've had a read through, and like a few others I question the need for an acquisition with the current funds at this time. One they have ND, with soil samples coming. So if the samples are worth pursing they'll need funds for development, So why spend funds elsewhere?
So if they buy something new, use up the funds there I'm sure there will be another raising with S.I.!! More dilution, is there a limit on how many shares a company can have, 2.7B and counting.
