explosion at mine why are they still trading, page-23

seems like the gas levels are once again rising in the mine. WOuld think they are going to need to come up with an action plan. Agree cant risk the rescuers but survivors if wounded cant be left for too long in there they need at least a couple of paramedics prepared to risk their lives to get in there thats just my thoughts and I am not trained in mine rescue.
