In simple terms, no, I personally wouldn't entertain such an offer under any circumstances. Old school ride-or-die mentality is a very unusual move for me, hence the time I put into this thread, it's rare to find (pun intended) such gems among the rough that is ASX juniors. I'm riding the LT train, I think if we retain our absolute independence through 2027 with negligent SOI (dilution broadly speaking up to 1B so 50% dilution from today), with 750m probably being on the high end, we will all do very well here. The problem herein lies in the short-term, buyout or flat-out TO, which has been mentioned by myself and at least Waiken, Kev, Bat and I believe Blue. Depending on your situation here Jed, you'd probably be regretting this one if SP hit $1.20 and you sold out. $600m isn't an acceptable number, this was the same number at which the SPAC came in and was rejected on our behalf, (too many variables making that figure's true accuracy ambiguous, probably not even close. Is the SPAC offer how you placed the $1.20 price target? Would be interesting to know either way. The current drill campaign (resource increase) won't move the needle, just a slight bump. Mets though, can move the needle in today's environment. e.g., LLNL & Kentucky State Uni breakthrough earlier this year.
