Spot on, we don't need quantum but we did let them take legal charge over our drawdown account for funding and gold deliveries so unless the lims want out we won't have a say. Seems they don't want that either but time shall tell. Still concerned though they don't seem to bother about their hundred+ unpaid customers that are waiting for their own money back. I may stand corrected that they legally owe it back though, since they are not PIDM protected It seems they may actually be able to just scam customers and call it a day, still won't fair well for them in the future though.
