@MarketingMan No doubt CEO Sean is 'busting his arse' or at least he should be, but bottom line is effort and enthusiasm do not matter without achievement of results. Effort does not equate to competency, & he's now had 2.5yrs plus as a first time CEO and we have seen no deals and negligible revenue but lots of talk and excuses. How long do you give a first time CEO while you attempt to convert first mover advantage commercially in a very competitive industry with big players, where if you keep fumbling around you potentially blow that advantage. For mine 3yrs is long enough, but hopefully he delivers and soon.Just my opinion
