Zolvix Plus does not cross the blood brain barrier due to the water based mixture with Abermectin.

If seperated by chromatography the Monepantel will then cross the BBB.

Only a person with considerable knowledge would be able to do it. Like me.

Taking the Zolvix combination long term could cause central nervous system issues. Abermectin is also used as a fire ant bait.
In sheep etc it is not an issue due to the frequency of drenching.

Does anyone know if Monepantel crosses into the substantia nigata. I have asked five learned people so far and no answer. I will persist and ask more. My gut feeling is yes.

I am looking way ahead, at off label usage for combination therapy once FDA approves Monepantel and then for Multiple Systems Atrophy MSA. Another insidious disease similar to full blown MND cases.

MSA is caused by iron in the neurons in the substantia nigata. Certain drugs can rid the iron but it leaves a protein aggregation similar to MND that causes continual dysfunction.

Monepantel as the "garbage" collection drug will help them and MND. My studied thoughts.
