Well it's OK to make mistakes when talking impromptu but a written document should not have such errors.
It's like having spelling errors on your resume.
Let's hope they pay more attention to detail when submitting documents to the FDA.
P.S. On a sadder note, I have seen English mistakes on posters in Sydney trains printed by the NSW government.
