I made a comment a week or so ago which reflected the 'no result'. The story was about the REIA having to contact real estate agents asking what happened with their results.
The answers were, that they had 'negotiations' and that they expected their properties to sell.
This was the first example of how easy the numbers could either be removed or just not reported.
Number of auctions at the start of the weekend weren't reflecting the number of sold vs not sold at the end.
This is what happens when a part of whom has a vested interest gets to provide the results and who would blame em.
