You do realise that about 12 of those 17 years Uranium was in a super bearish bear market right? Why would anyone invest during those days?
You're not going to get offtakes or cornerstone investors then.
When spot prices eventually hit $150 it doesn't matter what BMN does, you know it will go well past $5+ because it will lift all boats.
