The T. Rowe announcement on the 13 of may, and the one today details that they have been a regular seller from the 8th of Feb up until the 29th of Jul.
I am unfamiliar with the reporting requirements in OZ, but it appears you only need to report if your holding changes by +- 1%, which is why the approx 2 hundred sell transactions only required two official notifications. Weirdly in that time, their highest sell price was 3.81, even though the SP was >$4 for quite a while on more than one instance in that time period.
Given the last notified sale was 29th Jul, there is no evidence to suggest whether they have now stopped sell, or continue to do so.
The van eck announcement on the 9th of May and the one from a couple of days ago shows sales from middle of March, up until the 23rd of July. The van eck announcements do not show the price received. Given that last announcement was on the 26th July which detailed a sale on the 23rd, we can't know whether the selling has stopped or they continue to be a seller.
