what's happening??, page-7

I have heard production is close but I reckon it won't happen this year, probably early next, Feb - March 2011. I am only guessing on this, who knows, it might be smoke & mirrors and we could never see production.

IBD sold because of a few reasons, some of those being
- the dilution,
- 2yrs of sitting around and doing bugger all & the waste of money.
- IBD see Tapan as OK but not a company maker (in their eyes)
- any possible dividends that may have been paid in a few years with a small float are now out the window because of the dilution;
- Tapan is a long term project 5 to 7 yrs before substantial progress is made.
- and basically there was a buyer who wanted them. IBD have other projects happening which are a lot better than Tapan (as they see it currently)

The new buyer is the key for us, was associated with AGO & HUN (got them moving). Hopefully the new buyer will bring some integrity back into this company and will be appointed on to the Board in some capacity in the near future.
