Are you suggesting William is withholding information form the market that the market should know?
My suggestion is that under the listing rules a company cannot advise the market untill the finance becomes legally binding i.e all paperwork and any charges and securities registered.
Uber eats is dropping off meal.
Maybe both lender and borrower have completed negotiations and the legal firm they are using to draw and execute documents are running behind? Ever considered that??
I have worked with the finance industry for 20+ years (accountant) and unfortunately at times deadlines are hard to meet, to many moving parts. Commercial loans are not like a home loan.
