The only reasons I can think of are:
1) Disillusioned investors bailing out before they lose the lot,
2) A long term plan by the major shareholders, to bring the price down while raising funds for a take-over, thereby allowing them to transfer IXR's real assets ie Belfast and the IP across to VMM.
