Honestly it's hard to argue that at $2B cap as a trial stage bio it's not overvalued .... but then you think about the revenue they'll be starting to produce from the diagnostic in around 2 years time and it's not so overvalued, not to even mention their therapy drugs and the results they're showing.
At the end of the day there's really only one thing that matters and that's price and that's still going up, if it was going to get dumped today was the day and somehow this thing is not just not being dumped but actually up 2% on the day. That tells me all I need to know about it(for now at least)
