LNP have had their share of soyboys and boymen too ....Brendon Nelson, John Hewson, Andrew Peacock, Alec Downer, etc., but I think our petticoat PM has gazumped the lot of 'em.... I actually thought he might have absorbed some Hawke/Keating dna in all that time, but noooo.

I think Hawke used consensus very effectively, Consensus in order to draw stakeholders in, hear them out, and sell the vision.
