Ann: GML Sells Gold Rights at Montague East to BTR for $14M, page-26

I am doing my homework on BTR and almost finished it.
I AM EXCITED !!!!!!!!!!

At the trading halt, their is the M/C of $70.83 million (HOT COPPER).
Shares on issue (at the trading halt), is 4.7 Billion shares.

With all the takeover completed, the SOI will be around 10 Billion shares.
There is talk of a consolidation happening once everything is settled.

Plus they have borrowings, not certain if this will be cancelled out with the raising cash.
That capital raising was filled in less than one day, $24 million.

No idea what the share price will be when it opens, but a lot more than the .015 cents.
Might be smart (might not as well), to hold back and wait for the excitement to die down a bit
and the share price to settle.


GML, is this mob copying STK, selling anything of value ?
