Clearly NY is out of his depth here - maybe you could offer your consultancy services and mentor him - start with Contracts for Dummies and then progress to Contracts for beginners...
He could have lead off with these are our terms take it or leave it.. no win / no fee.. these are bound to be winners..
My gut says the contractor would have fallen off their chairs laughing.
If you are so vehemently disgusted with the man's performance, call for an EGM, get the Board removed, get yourself elected, sack Neil and then install yourself as CEO.
I am sure your millions of shares and wealth of support will make that a shoe in!
PS - mining is high risk high return - sort of like going to the casino - if you don't have the stomach then go and buy some Telstra shares and sleep easy!!!
Back the strategy, back the vision or sell - happy to buy your shares at a 50% premium to today's price - you stand to make plenty, as do we with the peace and quiet we gain from it!
