So 30+ instos are holdings 2-3% some 1-2m worth? A speculative trader does that.
Ok so 30% of issues capital traded who sold 30% of issued capital?
Couldnt be the same ones that have bought - nah impossible.
Its being flipped. There are instos in there but mostly speculative traders imo - and they will exit at first sign of weakness.
