I disagree...what I heard was impressive ....I figured it might have been an issue my end .
..as I'm not that tech savvy with stuff
Maybe email the company & send a copy of same ..to point out the glitch .
If u can be bothered ..... u put a lot of energy and time into your commentary which is most appreciated .
