Well you are not an employee either, and you are speculating that Shaw and Partners have something to do with Brainchip.

Very rich of you speak about factual evidence when you have provided so much speculative work on how Shaw and Partners are shorting Brainchip just based on the premise that they did not reply to your silly question in the way you were satisfied.
They are an institution, and are in no obligation to give you replies that you feel you deserve.
The FACT is there is no evidence that they are shorting Brainchip, your speculative guess work is laughable at best, defamation at worst.
