Just looking at the Last Financial statment in regards to the holdings of all the directors for the proxy vote.
On page 12, Mr James Henderson has 41060502 Fully paid shares and 40,014228 Options, and now he wants more? That's a bit rich isn't it? He looks like he is heavily into the mining industry rather than the biotech industry. Can anyone explain to me why the chairman should get another helping of Options? Why are we even voting for this, who decides what can be voted for? Does he decide this? Help me understand.
