Well, someone might back a project into EXM (as it's alreay listed, and almost a shell), and take a majority or sizable interest in the company....
If this were to happem I'd imagine you'd get at least a partially new management team / board as well.
Alternately, current management might source a new project by issuing new shares to the vendor.
