Thought the point was obvious, but in case it isn't: the point isn't to compare the commodities or projects, but rather the structure of the deal.
A 5-year offtake agreement in return for a prepayment (loan) facility, with specifics provided around maturity of the debt, interest capitalization, and even a disclosed margin over SOFR. All locked into a term sheet. That's how you organise mine finance when your name is Bill Beamont; aspiring juniors take note.
