Most 'beliefs' admirably teach a type of 'love your neighbour'.

The Bible appears to have 2 types of believers :-
'Literal' believer - accepts and believes the events as taught in the Bible regardless of current scientific understanding and/or the teachings of other beliefs.
..
'Hybrid' believer - allows current scientifc understanding and or the teachings of other religions to influence how they believe the writings in the Bible.
