I agree 110% with you on this.

I hammered PC on this earlier in the year on the phone. His continued response was that this was the licensee's job. I mentioned that surely there is a role for Biota to lobby governments and be proactive in this way (together with the licensee) but unfortunately, I got nowhere on this.

If you are in Melbourne, I suggest you get down to the AGM and register "more Biota involvement" as a question.
