Yes, there will likely be more capitol raisings, and yes, as the recent raisings have been about 10% of the total share holdings at the time (4.8 m shares over the past 3 raisings) which brings us to the current total.....22M shares (not counting options).....a raising every 6 months of the approximate 10% of the share holding.....if we need it for another 2 years to see this through, i am anticipating an increase in 40 to 50% in the share balance. So even if the dilutive effect halves the value of the share, the SP only needs to double to compensate.....and I anticipate that if the planets align, the SP will do more than that. Paid everywhere between $4 and $155 over the past 10 years........am to happy to accumulate, even to watch the sp fluctuate (fall) with the belief that $180 is achievable once again.....no matter how many shares there are.
Side note,.....I am not deturbed by a lengthy trial.........every 6 months will see a rotation of trainee interventional cardiologists......more exposure of potential specialists who will know about AVR and DURAVR and hopefully be qualifying in time to have DURAVR as their product of choice..so 2 to three years could be seen as advertising or promotion with an increased number of physicians wanting to use the product earlier once it is available.
