The US market is about to collapse big time, we are on the verge of a huge regional war in the Middle East. Things are not looking great!
One thing is for sure the Aussie property market crash is only months away, possibly weeks. There is no way it can keep at the current peaks, even a slight decline back is a call for panic stations with many mortgaged out their ears. Once the job losses start-up which is any day now, the fire sales will begin. Even with record immigration, things are going to get nasty. Maybe then, Aussie investors may finally wake up to property not being the only option. They might finally go into ASX commodity stocks, especially goldies!
