male musculature is different from female musculature and typically bone structure as well. One of the reasons they look at gender transition pre puberty is because after that male femaleness becomes far more entrenched. However that doesn’t take account of the frequent body dysmorphia that happens to males and females but more often the latter during prepubescent and pubescent years of developmental. Nor does it account for other psychological issues

in the case of the boxer - if the information is correct - they never experienced the female puberty simply because their female organs were non functioning. Which probably means that at puberty the maleness and testosterone started to impact comparatively more. Thus maybe the appearance as an adult compared with earlier childhood.

it’s an anomaly and comparatively rare as a syndrome and distinct from intersex or transgender. The latter is solely about psychological and neurological function and not at all about body or sexual definition.

what night have happened before DNA testing - maybe they’d have been a contest and been able to show their female parts to prove they were competing correctly. Then your arguments wouldn’t stand.

this is a modern problem isn’t it ?
