I'm not saying the Cap Raise is positive. I view it as unnecessary as well. The SP was gaining solid momentum and 24hrs later they announce the raise.
What I'm saying is that, if the shorters are existing their position through this cap raise, then that itself can be interpreted as a good sign. When they exist, it could mean they are moving onto the next thing. Shorters as we know bank on bearish outlooks, so why exit?
Good riddance if that's the case.
