for those who didn't listen to Mark investor presentation I think it's important to stress that the Supreme Court does not look at Tuga. They look at whether the appeal was justified and that's it. Courts don't with anyone they look at the process of appeal. 2% of cases taken to the Supreme Court revisited at the appeals court. People are making mountains out of mould hills here. It's just simply awaiting game.
