There is a chronic undersupply of homes in Australia, with increasing population caused by migration, little possibility of supply meeting demand and by 2027 a projected shortfall of up to 230,000 homes. There is nowhere near enough skilled labour to meet demand even if planning and land constraints could be met. Added to which we have a buoyant and well managed economy - there seems little chance that a bubble is likely
