You can go to any town, anywhere in Australia, even in the most inhospitable places, without easy access to water, and you will see new houses being buiilt. It is truly bizarre in some very remote places to see new housing estates ring fenced with colorbond in paddocks with nothing around them.

There may be a bubble, but I would doubt it, particularly with relatively strong sales activity right now as people are waiting for interest rates to fall and general consensus that prices are set to take off when they do.
