Total Shorts tally still continues slow decline of 4,000 to 5,000 per day. Actually, this has been the case since late January with a bigger one day drop of about 400,000 between 22 & 23 May when they must have thought something significant was happening. Anyhow it looks like since late January they have been expecting some good news to drop but just don't know when, so they have been cautiously reducing their exposure for a long time.
