Looks like a lot of riggle room in there, ie if something did happen before they finished drilling they could say "well we did say notwithstanding that we could sell this thing at any time"

if they sold for $600m (say) and could sell for $100/tonne...ah i've got no idea, can anyone work out an ROI on 5.5m tonne pa?
