He sold 190M barrels to China, plundered the reserves by around 40% and is now using it to try and reduce the inflation that his administration caused - I'd say that's a bad thing.........and I say that because I AGREE WITH YOU - it is a reserve intended for emergencies such as war........of which there is a heightened anticipation of - Russian military at Cuba and Chinese and Russian aircraft off the west coast and fuel reserves shattered......
