    well the chinese person interviewed on a doco I saw said the place was too expensive and also there was nobody there
    so why would he move there

    another business person in control of a ship yard said he had no customers but the government forced the bank to give him money to keep building ships


    you are correct in what you say that an unlived dwelling commands a higher price

    but I believe places like Shanghai have enough office space for the next 50 years based on current growth projections

    eventually all this spare capacity has to be used or money is wasted. Long unoccupied office blocks have been demolished

    besides I have a mate who has been doing business there for 13 years and been there on and off recreationally for 9 months in the last 11 so clearly I know what I am talking about

    and 8 months in total over the past 10 years,says
