It's not a matter of proving or disproving things that have no evidence. Without evidence, there is no indication of existence. With no evidence of existence, your belief is a matter of faith, and the reason you believe is because it holds some sort of appeal, and whatever the appeal may be, eternal life, being cared for by a higher power or whatever, that is the foundation of your faith.
