Well, looks like the June Quarter, while light on expenditure, was an extraordinarily busy - and fruitful one, given the Pearl Copper Project acquisition - for management.
Great to hear after the DD site visit and field assessment, the Ford and Pearl historic mining centres showing widespread surface alteration, and presenting immediate exploration targets.
Those sensational high-grade rock chip samples, reinforcing what we know of historical grades from the area, offer plenty of encouragement!
Good to see too the Company received a sizable whack of R & D funds in relation to its activities at Quicksilver, even as it'll now, sensibly, be only targeting low-cost, high-value activities in relation to that Project due to the prevailing market conditions.
The now-completed Stage 3 Met testwork which turned out four very distinct and handy commercial concentrates. has led, as expected, to a concept process beneficiation flowsheet holding the promise of 75% Ni recovery based on very simple iterations of physical processing.
So on QS it's just a matter of awaiting the next inevitable wave in Ni-Co.
I guess we find ourselves mid-transformation at the minute with G88 - everything looking from the outside its most untidy in relation to all our legacy projects. But I believe the strategic review process is nearing completion, and I think we'll see the Company resolve and simplify into a clearer structure of projects soon, full of the Dormers' vision and ambition - and very exciting for shareholders.
