From your know it all deception from your core of your being, it is impossible for you to believe even when the amounts presented tell you it is one of the actual reasons. Have you noticed that about yourself or am I correct that you are unawares? should I add this latest claim to the list of other claims you've made thus far.....?
I have only presented the variables in the policy of selling and repurchasing barrels from the SPR. Whether it is easy or not is of no consequence. You don't have the long term thought ability to understand that replenishment will happen. You are stuck in one moment of the strategy and unable to expand your thought capacity beyond it.
