I take it you agree the "price sensitive" aspect you were previously focusing on has no relevance. ASIC would ofcourse examine what, if any, "material" information a Director had at the time of authorisation/execution. Such material information is not limited to W7. But, you knew that, and as usual, you are just guessing.
