You are so right.. this continent is history.... FBR has done great in building in WA and what they have achieved. Bricklaying is too hands-on.
This is where no one questions, it's the all the work and the labour attached to complete a build. No one questions the amount of work to fit a window frame, a door frame, we need a cavity with a second skin of conventional brickwork to comply.
Our Australian standards are here to protect us to complete a build, even if anyone has the time to read and understand that we must complete a build to comply with health and amenity standards. FBR dosent comply. Even with expansion joints and control joints in their block walls. You all will find out in due course.
