    its not 1 for 1
    400 million gml shares on issue for 466 btr
    they also have 6 million cash at least on 400 million shares so 0.015 cents per share in cash

    thats a value of 0.031 a share
    the market cap is less than the nbv

    they might crash and burn yes

    but still nbv is less than market cap

    the great value investors usually say this is indicative of a bargain
