I think you meant “untreated eye” but I understand. (Pedantic I know.)
IF the mRNA is “leaking” from one eye to the other and still having an effect then it should be more obvious in the 75 microgram dose and even more obvious in the MAD trial.
Yes, I guess i v might be possible but then that raises the possibility of more off-target effects.
Just have to wait and see what Rohan and the scientists say.
