Yes but if a lease expires at end of term you are not breaking a lease you can just walkaway.
So as i was wanting to know what happens if there is nobody that wants the lease especially if there is an economic downturn how can one get value from it? ACIM said sub lease which will no doubt cost money.
Or does the chinese government pay you a value of the building? They can recoup in a lease at some later date.
