Compamy takes up own shares as part of the 1.8M!!!!

I did not realise that John Upperton was the main leader of this company.

It looks like I have been misinformed.

Who do you think runs it? John Upperton is the sole Executive Director who made promises of gold production last raise of 1.8M where all directors were taking up their rights and the sole Exec director put in 15K.

ITS 2024 and nothing has progressed technically or otherwise since 2021 in this company. Appears to have actually gone backwards in every measure. Market Cap, Share Price, Cash on hand, Debt Levels, Consents.............trust!
